We begin with a full inspection of your property to understand exactly how your home operates and what it needs while you’re away.

This includes:

• Full interior and exterior walkthrough
• Checking all doors and windows
• Locating water shut-off and breaker panels
• Identifying HVAC systems, water heaters, and appliances
• Noting sump pumps, dehumidifiers, and other key systems
• Reviewing your alarm system
• Setting up monitoring tools such as timers, freezer monitors, and water leak detectors

While you’re away, we regularly check your home to make sure everything stays safe and in working order.

Each visit may include:

• Exterior inspection of the home, garage, and property
• Checking for damage, forced entry, or vandalism
• Monitoring gutters, drainage, and surrounding areas
• Looking for pests or signs of insects and rodents
• Collecting mail and flyers
• Monitoring hydro and electrical systems
• Full interior walkthrough
• Ensuring all windows and doors are secure
• Running water and flushing toilets to prevent issues
• Checking for leaks
• Monitoring temperature and humidity levels
• Mail and flyer collection 

If an issue comes up, we act immediately.

• You will be notified right away
• We can arrange and oversee repairs
• We manage contractors and trades on your behalf
• We stay involved until the issue is resolved
